Pump failures attributed to careless assembly and procedural errors.

This trouble was caused by the spring being pulled out which we have repeatedly said should not be done in any case. It is disapointing to say the least of it to find in 6 pumps out of 9 which have failed the trouble is still attributable to careless assembly or the one case inspection.
