RR 300 (120B) (SF 349 24-1-19) MP 200552 88226 ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. INSTRUCTIONS. To Order No. Customer's No. Re. Insulation Testing (cont'd) allowing each 50% more time than apparently required to dry Note this time. Note thickness with micro. ② Observe mechanical properties by bending, chipping etc. Note cracks, explore with HT feeler. ③ Immerse a sample in water 24 hours, remove superficial moisture and test breakdown. ④ Dry at 100°C weighing until steady. Note absorption by weight. Test breakdown. ⑤ Immerse another sample in mineral oil. Observe effect from time to time, particularly solubility. (cont'd) Signed This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
