Also test for weak spots by running over with feeler connected to testing transformer, placing material on plate electrode. ⑦ Make up into condenser as standard & test comparative specific inductive capacity by charging from 100 volts DC and discharging through a ballistic galvanometer. To check leakages, compare readings obtained by discharging at once, and after various intervals of time.
