They are necessarily approximations as we cannot, for a few days, obtain a crankshaft to measure its inertia etc. (1) Flywheel inertia unchanged 1.3 slugs ft2. (2) Inertia of crankshaft. 380 lbs. in2. (3) " " big ends + pistons. 190 " " (4) " " hub of vibration damper 20 " " (5) Natural frequency of engines alone 195 per sec.
