DASHBOARD & FITTINGS.
RE ISOLATION OF DASHBOARD FROM SCUTTLE.

We have received a memo from Sales in which they have asked us to standardise the isolation of the Dashboard from the Scuttle, would you therefore kindly put in circulation a standardisation sheet on this subject for the proposed change.

As you are aware at present on our chassis print we shew a rubber distance piece between the scuttle and the dash. The proposal is that we do away with this on the chassis print and in place of same shew an air space in accordance with print herewith.

The information that the standardisation sheet should be based upon is as per attached copy of Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}5/LH{Mr Haworth}17723, which was written in response to my request for definite information as to what cars the improvements had been tried on in practice.
