BENTLEY GEARBOX.

Sr. has asked whether on some of the 'M' series cars that go to France we can have a shorter gear lever. Experimentally we have carried out this modification by cutting the lever, welding the spliced joint and re-heat-treating the lever.

Will you please let us have the cost of doing this per car so as we can tell Sr. what it will mean if he has it carried out.
