When cost comparisons are submitted for assemblies actually in existence, it would help us considerably if photographs of the parts in question could be attached to the cost sheets. This would be particularly helpful when comparing our own assemblies with those produced by another firm. Unless they are dealt with in this manner we believe costs can be just as misleading as weights. We consider that the most useful sort of photographs would be similar to those in the weight analysis files. In the case of the Rover box, where there is no LOP., a photograph would be invaluable.
