We are being pressed by E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} for figures of the stiffness of the SpectreCodename for Phantom III frame. We have decided to do this test on the bump frame, as No.5 will be some time coming along. Will you therefore please remove the springs, engine, radiator etc. from this frame, and hand it over to Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} for the completion of these tests.
