This battery was taken out of the M.S. for bench test & after a full charge was low rate discharged through an invariable external resistance. of 1.80w & gave 64.5 ampere hours. This result is slightly better than those previously taken on its routine. The P&R cells have a smaller capacity than the Exide & shewed positive weakness on the cadmium. Signed: g.g.
