Dear R.M.

In your absence I gave HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} some details of tyre sizes which I propose to use in the T.T. The rear wheels were to have had 6.50 x 18, but I have spoken to Dunlops about it + for two reasons we have decided to change over to 6.00 x 19 (A) only 7.00x18 is made + it would need special moulds. (B) 6.00x19 is made in the latest mixture + the new tread
