X3317 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/KW. 28th August, 1934. Messrs. Lendrum & Hartman Ltd., Buick House, Albemarle Street, LONDON, W.1. For the attention of Mr. Berenstein. Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of August 10th. The writer regrets the delay in answering this, but he has been away on holiday. We note that you have been able to improve the rear seat riding of the Buick, and would certainly like to take an opportunity of trying it again at some future date. With regard to the Cadillac 16, we do not anticipate that we shall finish with this car for several months. It is probable that it will be running on the Continent in the immediate future. In the event of Capt. Hartman wishing to try it, therefore, we should be glad if he would advise us as soon as possible because once the car has left the country it will not be available for him to try. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
