Referring to the various oil cooler failures which have occurred on Phantom III cars and in particular to the one on 3.BU.26 (Cook) could you please let us know how the owner or driver usually discovers the fact that the cooler has burst - particularly when it has resulted in a break down on the road. Does lack of oil pressure warn him (Gauge) or is it overheating as shown by the thermostat.
