The return of an unsatisfactory demonstration wheel and tyre to the Dunlop Rubber Co Ltd.

Colonel Matthew of the Dunlop Rubber Co Ltd., brought to these Works about a fortnight ago, one wheel fitted with a well-base rim and tyre for demonstration purposes. This wheel was handed over to the Experimental Dept. and it is not satisfactory to be put into use. We have since received from the Dunlop Rubber Co Ltd., a further wheel fitted with well-base rim and tyre which has been handed to the Experimental Dept. We shall therefore, be glad if Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} will have the original wheel and tyre sent along to the Despatch Stores today. Chat. should arrange for this to be forwarded by passenger train, today without fail, to the Dunlop Rubber Co Ltd., Fort Dunlop, Erdington, BIRMINGHAM, carriage paid.
