Origin: Primarily designed for use on cars with front bumpers, where the present handle cannot be inserted. Experimental Test Report. The crank only of the starting handle is detachable; this is much less cumbersome than the complete handle to stow away in the tool kit. Road Test Report. Giving satisfactory results on 24-EX. now doing 10,000 miles test, and also on 25-EX. X No. 7270. Drawing N. Sch. No. 3118.
