5th July, 1937.

Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd.,
Derby.

Gentlemen,

For the attention of Mr. H.E. West.

We beg to acknowledge receipt of your letters of June 30th and July 2nd.

From the former we are very pleased indeed to note that you hope to be able to use a plug of normal dimensions on both the 25/30 and the Bentley engines.

We are now making up the four dozen plugs for which you ask with standard length of barrel and length of reach equal to that of the F.L.B.30x. These will be despatched to you as soon as possible.

We very much regret that it is impossible for the Writer to visit your Works this week as he has to leave for Paris this afternoon and will not be able to return before Thursday. However, we confirm our conversation on the telephone with Mr. West when the Writer promised to telephone again on Friday morning and to arrange an appointment for next week.

Yours faithfully,
p.p. K.L.G. SPARKING PLUGS LIMITED.
