Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/ML. Wing Commander Helmore, Engineering Laboratory, Cambridge. Dear Helmore, Confirming our telephone conversation of yesterday morning, we shall hope to see you and your wife up here in about 10 days to a fortnight's time. In the interval, should the opportunity occur, we should be glad if you would obtain any information that you can, as to the efficacy or otherwise of the 20 mm. gun in the recent air activities, and any other information which would be useful for our guns in respect of our projected Armament Programme. I am interested to hear that you are moving out of London. Do you advise me to move out of Derby? Yours sincerely, | ||
