6th May, 1937.

Mr. Rossman,
The Delco Shock Absorber Company,
Dayton,
OHIO. U.S.A.

Dear Rossman,

I am now back in England, and should like to take the opportunity of thanking you for the courtesy extended to members of the Rolls-Royce Co. when we came to visit your plant at Dayton.

The shock absorbers which you kindly said you would send off have not yet arrived. It is now more than two months since we were in Dayton, and it occurs to me that possibly there may have been some hold up in their despatch.

In case this is so, we are sending you our official order for 8 shock absorbers, and should be very much indebted to you if you would urge their despatch.

Yours sincerely,
