X5860 Hotel de France, Chateauroux. Indre. 28th August 1934. ..c Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} From A.B.R. 21 C IV. You will note on the report for the 27th, we mention a dynamo drive rattle. I held up the car to-day to investigate this, and found that the pinion had seized on the bronze bush, blocking up the oil holes; the cause of rattle was due to ball race having broken up inside, which in turn was due to lack of oil. To repair same we shall require a new ball race and bush. A.B.R. M A Robert | ||
