For the attention of Mr.Ward.

Dear Sir,

Re: Experimental Chassis.

During the visit of Messrs. Davis and Draper to your Works on the 21st. inst. we were given samples of Tenax Fasteners, the chromium plates ones were as you supplied and the black enamelled ones were supplied by us.

We have carefully examined these, and can find no detail difference other [crossed out] than the actual finish. We believe this is a proprietary article and only obtainable through Messrs. G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} Beaton.

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.

CHIEF ENGINEER - CHASSIS.
