I should like to know what difference there is known between the springs fitted to this car and the low-rated springs recently fitted to our GLR-59 London trials, which now, with careful adjustment to shock-absorbers is giving reasonable satisfaction for ordinary use.

Surely there must be some error which has arisen somewhere which may account for this.

I should be glad of your early considered reply as the matter is one of very great urgency in view of the instructions that have emanated in every direction to our people in respect of the proposed new rated springs in three various grades.
