Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Robotham.

We acknowledge with thanks your letter of the 16th inst., informing us that you will be ready for fitting the new wings on Friday the 23rd inst.

We have, therefore, instructed our man Bailey to attend at your Works on that day for this purpose and we are presuming that he will be the only man required. A painter will, no doubt, be required later, and we will await your advice as to which day his services will be required.

Regarding the running boards, we have special light ones in hand which will be available for fitting at the same time as the wings.

Yours faithfully,

for PARK WARD & CO. LTD.
