With further reference to your letter of the 8th October we are pleased to advise that it was not our intention to make any additional charge for the die apparatus which we are manufacturing to produce pistons to our R.88 design. We are enclosing a copy of our R.88 drawing showing full dimensional details of our piston design and if we may have your approval we shall be very pleased to manufacture three sets of pistons for your standard bench and road production test. We are prepared to supply the initial test sets free of charge.
