RR 238 (300 Bks.) (SF 152. 6-11-18.) MP 197880 ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. INSTRUCTIONS. To E.F.G. 3. Date: June 9th 1921 Order No P.B. 3 Customer's No. X 430. that the fibre bush works loose on the liner, and binds on the fan after between 1,000 and 2,000 miles running. It is thought that this is due to the climate. In the second trouble they think that the magnets have weakened as the windings on the machines are quite alright. They are also sending a H.T. brush post off a Watford which failed in a similar way to that on the P.B.6. It is the first case of this kind that they have had, but it shows that the Watford is not entirely free from this defect. These results are intended to show that even if the Z.R.6 was as bad as the Watford, expense and trouble would be saved by the prompt service that would be obtained. At the same time they are covered by a three years guarantee on all Bosch machines. Attached OY5-G12521. As for the breakdown on the ZR6. the H.T. must returned. Signed Cowt d. {John DeLooze - Company Secretary} This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
