Dear Sir.

Thank you for your letter.
I note that you say that the System as it stands would necessitate a very heavy jacking unit, and also that its sphere of usefulness appears to be confined to a perfectly level spot.
Now I am not a business man at all, (I am not even a qualified engineer) so I do not know whether I am outraging any form of business etiquette if I ask you whether you would be very kind and advise me on the following points.
