| W.R.D./L.R.B. GENERAL MEMORANDUM - B.D.F. On the 11th July last, Mr. S. L. Blood, Managing Director of Messrs. S.O. Bowker Ltd., 18-21, Warstone Lane, Birmingham, applied to us for the Official Receiver in the bankruptcy of Mr. Harold Jeffs of the same address. We wrote on the 11th July (and again on the 7th inst.) to Messrs. Bowker, pointing out that this matter is one in which we have no locus standi. A further letter has now been received from Mr. Blood, stating that he has been unable to trace the address of the Official Receiver in this case, and asking that we should put this matter forward. The amount outstanding is £8.0.0. it appears we have no option but to act as requested. W.R. | ||
