To B.A. from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} X8224 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}6/LG3.11.27. SPORTS CAR TESTS. X8724 With reference to BJ3/D1.11.27. At the moment it is most impossible for us to give any definite programme for the completion of the sports car chassis. The reason for this is that at the moment we do not know definitely how we shall make it. We are working very hard modifying our present 10-EX sports car and we hope that in a weeks time we shall have it running fitted with the essentials of the proposed new car. After we are satisfied that we have done the best with it we shall take it to WW. and from the actual results obtained it will be possible to lay down a complete specification for the sports chassis. In the meantime of course, all the parts which have been instructed by R.{Sir Henry Royce} are being dealt with as rapidly as possible. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
