Cost of Testing. I have had a discussion with Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} on this subject today, and we have thoroughly reviewed the whole position.

Making a comparison between this chassis and the 20/25HP. I consider that we can effect a saving of between 25% and 30% on labour, and 30% to 40% in the cost of fuel, i.e. gas and petrol.
