MATERIAL - RE SOLDERING FLUX.

Mr Dale submitted a soldering flux to me, marketed under the name "Chemico". I have had various materials soldered together by the aid of this flux and tested the final product for acidity. Judging from the samples handed over to me by Mr Dale, Chemico shews 25% less acidity than Zinc Chloride. I would like therefore to get about 1/4 or 1 lb. of this material, in order that Mr Dale may carry out some more experiments with this material.

As anything which will give, as this apparently does, a good soldering result with reduction in the soldering acidity, is a distinct advantage, if the O.O. have not any record of where Chemico is produced, I believe Mr Dale would be able to give them the necessary information.
