To Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/IMW.{Ivan M. Waller - Head of Chateauroux} from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. (Chateauroux) File 600a Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std.9/AP.8.3.38 26.G.Vl.{V. Lewis / Mr Valentine} STARTING HANDLE. Will you please determine for us whether any difficulty is experienced in inserting the starting handle and operating same on 26.G.Vl.{V. Lewis / Mr Valentine}, whatever the movement of the engine. Whilst one never desires to insert the starting handle with the engine at the limit of its movement, nevertheless it may be necessary to operate same under these conditions. We would welcome any information or criticisms which you may have to offer. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Std. | ||
