NEW PHANTOMCodename for PHANTOM I COMPLAINTS.
----------------------

With reference to Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}18/M3/12/25, arrangements will be made for further reports to show whether the complaint emanates from a customer or from an R.R. official, in the same way as the last report we forwarded to you, namely, by under-lining the numbers of the cars not delivered to customers.

We are asking R.D.D., R.D.N., and R.D.P. to forward these lists quarterly.

We have sent a list of the New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I complaints to Paris, and have asked them to let us have a report as suggested by you.

With regard to the suggestion that the report should show how the complaints have been overcome, it will be borne in mind that so far as N. is concerned, they send an individual report to W. in respect of every complaint dealt with by them, so that this information is available at W. for Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} to refer to.

I agree, however, that it will be of assistance to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and the other officials at the Works, if each depot, in forwarding the quarterly report, states generally how they have been overcoming the complaints under the different headings.
