Referring to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/MJ.17.3.32 in view of the fact that this is a Company's Trials car, I agree to an exception being made, i.e. to this car being supplied with a shimmy shackle.
If it does not pass its necessary test for standardisation it can always be removed.
Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} is requested to report carefully the effect on the steering when the car is fitted with this device.
