This to be replaced by a stone guard similar to the one on the lightened Bentley tank LeC.5251 and attached to the tank with short straps sweated to the tank. (sketch to follow).

The flat portion of the tank between the exhaust pipe tunnel and the offside of the tank to have crossed diagonal grooves with the projection outwards. The exhaust pipe tunnel to be made in 20 S.W.G. (.036").

The end plates in 20 S.W.G. (.036") to beC.4647, with modification LeC.4715.

The lower elbow of the filler pipe F.86653 to be replaced as per instructions already given.

Baffle Plates.

To the sketch, centre baffle in 24 S.W.G. (.022"), right and left-hand plates in 26 S.W.G.
