To Hy{Tom Haldenby - Plant Engineer}/Mr. Johnson, from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to RG.{Mr Rowledge} WOR{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}, BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} X3989 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/LG20.1.25. 50 HRS. TEST ON EAGLE ENGINE WITH NEW INDUCTION PIPES. After the usual A.I.D. inspection and dismantling, we propose taking a power curve on the test bench and then to run a 50 hrs. on the Hangar. At present, we have two Hangars being prepared for Condor tests. We assume that it is more important to complete the 50 hrs. on the Eagle engine than the tests on the Direct Drive Condor. Will Mr. Johnson therefore instruct that the Condor Hangar be converted for an Eagle engine. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
