Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}11/H.7.5.28. we have sent a print to HO. on which we have indicated the alteration required to the shape of the rear portion of the coachwork to enable the filters to be removed from the petrol tank, but we have only taken into consideration chassis fitted with coachwork which does not extend beyond 111" along the elbow line from the dash, whereas we believe that coachbuilders are allowed to increase this dimension by 2", in which case we do not see how it is possible to remove filters without modifying their position in the petrol tank. We are, however, going further into this matter. BY/Cgh.{W Clough} | ||
