RE BODY BRACKET - SPECTRECodename for Phantom III.
We understand that the side members of the frame for chassis 32-Ex have gone away for welding, in which case we shall not be able to fit any entirely new design of body suspension on this car.
We are therefore arranging to fit the body brackets already instructed as well as all the extra body attachments we have recently instructed for 31-Ex, showing on the following schemes, LeC 4346, LeC 4359, LeC 4362, LeC.4364 and LeC 4365.
Although an extra body bracket was instructed some while ago for fitting to the chassis frame in the neighbourhood of the rear feet of the cross in the frame we wish to use the later design of bracket for fitting in this position, and which has been fitted to 31-Ex, namely, that shown on LeC 4346.
We are giving Messrs. Park Ward complete instructions with regard to these new attachments and are arranging for the body to be so constructed as to be suitable for the attachments at these new points.
