Strong} Pancras. On arriving there will he report to Mr. Dodd, Experimental Department, and work strictly to his instructions on 1.B.50. This body must not be left until full satisfaction has been given to Mr. Dodd. Please make the necessary arrangements for the parts I have already mentioned to you to be taken by the man. | ||
