With reference to C5/C16.4.28 attached. Mx. {John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} is dealing with a number of these complaints successfully with the present material with lighter load. We are having a certain amount of difficulty in getting cotton duck woven in the way we wish it. We therefore recommend you get Mx. {John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} to give you the latest particulars of the alterations he is making to overcome this complaint.
