In order to accommodate the shock damper control pump etc. it seems to be necessary to modify the pedal mounting as recently arranged on the lines of the Peregrine scheme. Herewith is N.Sch.3643 which shews the suggested sloping of the bridge-piece, together with a slight movement of the Hand Brake and Hand Brake Differential which enables the control to be got in without affecting the working of the pedal arrangement. In appears that the Peregrine could be done on lines similar to this, but then it seems that the rear end of the bridge-piece could best be carried off the Hand Brake Bracket.
