With regard to the machining of the stop and leaving it unprotected is not sufficiently important as to hold up carburetters.

Though we are not familiar with the process of this protection we assume it would not entail much delay to carry it out.

As yet we have not received the 2 carburetters for our experimental use. if they have not left the works will you please machine the float stop to the attached sketch, which gives a needle movement of .140. in order to avoid any delay the stops can be left unprotected as they are urgently required.

Enclosed we attach a flow curve of which we have previously spoken.
