X1033 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}24/KW. 23rd June, 1936. The Zenith Carburetter Co.Ltd., Honeypot Lane, Stanmore, Middlesex. For the attention of Mr. Turner. Dear Sirs, With reference to your letter of the 20th June, we consider that the situation where carburetters are being supplied to production, when none of the type in question have been submitted to the Experimental Dept., is highly unsatisfactory. We certainly do not agree to waiting a further three weeks for these two carburetters, and should be obliged if you could arrange to let us have at least one sample with the minimum delay. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED. | ||
