PHANTOM 11 BONNET LOCKS.
With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/AD/30.11.29. I understand that EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} has gone into the question with you. It would appear that the locks on 10-EX are very similar to those at present fitted on Phantom 11 chassis, and the same trouble will be experienced with these locks as is at present being experienced with the locks on Phantom 11.
