Spring rates and buffer clearances related to spare wheel placement on Phantom models.

spring without going into trouble. We have more buffer
clearance on Phantom 11 than on Phantom 1. Additionally
unless the front springs are kept on the weak side the
front looks up in the air.

Actually we have run these closed cars in France
carrying the spare wheel at the back and having 1100 lbs.
springs without running into any trouble.

Naturally with both spare wheels carried at the
side, the front spring lbs. will have to go up by about 80.
