To Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} X7410 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}5/MG.18.10.30. X.7960. X.7410. 58-GN. Springing. Replying to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}23/E15.10.30. We anticipate that it will be about 14 days before we have the modified springs to fit to 58-GN. car. Results of the tests on Brooklands shew that the loss of maximum speed is less than one mile per hour with the air silencer fitted, which means the car lapped at 81 instead of 82. A complete report on this is being issued. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
