X4308 To Roy. {Sir Henry Royce} from EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} c. By {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /Mtn. EFC {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} 1/T15.6.28. B.563. A.T. SPEEDOMETER WITH SMALL TYPE DIAL. Ref: BY {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} /Mtn7/K12.6.28. We have proceeded to put this instrument on test but on doing so we find that the needle is sticking at various points on the scale. We could probably correct this ourselves, but in view of the fact that this is the first instrument of the new type, it would be more satisfactory to return it to the makers, with this complaint of sticking, for correction; the instrument having been proceeded with only in the same way as we have done other satisfactory tests. Instrument herewith handed to Roy. {Sir Henry Royce} EFC. {E. Fowler Clarke - Electrical Engineer} | ||
