Difficulty in dismantling for inspection. Report of Experimental Test. Test of this modification is not necessary as alteration does not affect working of filter other than its assembly and dismantling. By blanking the open ended base of the present filter the latter cannot be fitted in the wrong way. The blanking also deletes necessity of having a good fitting shoulder which binds and renders dismantling difficulty.
