198 -4- Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}7/KL.25.9.33. present swinging arm is a simple and effective equaliser. Although we think the front brake equaliser should be retained, we think a new design is required to provide a more efficient mechanism. The present bevel is only about 70% efficient and is costly to make. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls} | ||
