Dear Sessions,

Many thanks for your letter. Obviously I cannot say that our people will fall for the electrical pump. If, however, in conjunction with the latest jacks, which I understand are cheaper to produce, the total cost of the assembly comes out about the same it is reasonable to assume we should change over from hand operation to the electric pump.

I hope you have succeeded in eliminating the noise made by the first version you had on a Wolseley car.

I will look you up at Earl's Court to discuss when we can get a set for test.
