The scheme for simplifying the changing over of petrol pumps on the Bentley chassis has been rigged up by the Repair Department and is considered satisfactory, and we are now going ahead with a view to getting the special parts ready at the earliest possible moment to enable the Repair Department to deal with all Bentley chassis which have been delivered. We are also arranging for the scheme to be incorporated on production cars as early as possible. The Repair Department are issuing a Depot Instruction Sheet, which will illustrate what the scheme is. We anticipate that the new material will be available in 7 - 10 days time. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
