X.3749 We have tested a sample of fuse wire taken from a quantity obtained for Mr. Brock in connection with his condenser testing. This wire we do not find to be suitable for the field fuse of the Lucas switchbox, as it fuses at about 3¾ amperes only, whereas we require the fusing current to be not less than 4½ and not more than 5½ amperes.
