We acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 13th instant in connection with the exterior driving mirror fitted to the above client's car, and have to inform you that in view of the disfigurement which would be apparent should the part in question be removed we propose withdrawing our charge in connection with same. Accordingly, we enclose herewith our credit note.
